Sergio Armijos is a terrific handyman. He came out within 1/2 hr when I first contacted him to address flashing ripped off in a windstorm, and a broken step on my deck. He took measurements, obtained the right material to replace torn flashing, and did a thorough job sealing it. And he fixed my step. He noted that all of the steps on my deck were improperly attached with nails, which were now rusted and loosening, rather than deck screws. I've asked him to come back to paint my deck, reinstall all the steps with proper deck screws, and handle some other external painting. Sergio knows his stuff and explains what he will do before starting. His prices are fair, and he's a great guy to work with.

Benny did an excellent job at our house. I needed a very small job done in a newly pained house to cover up some accidental marks on the wall. I was not sure if anyone would come out for such a small job. Benny came to look at it and did it in few hours. I ended up asking him to do few more things in my house. He was very detailed oriented. Sergio did a phenomenal job on our house. He repaired damage to the ceiling from a bad leak, did some painting, and replaced broken floor tiles for us. Sergio did the work himself, and it all turned out beautiful. He was very responsive, texting back almost immediately after I reached out, and completed all of the work within about a week after our initial contact. His prices were very reasonable. Professional, friendly, versatile, and talented, Sergio is the real deal and a true gem in the area. I recommend him highly, and we will definitely be calling him for any future house projects.
